Summary
• Several ionic liquids are hydrophilic and absorb atmospheric water \n• In comparing data obtained in different laboratories for the “pure” ionic liquid, with different water contents, it is necessary to extract from low water content samples, “water-free” values\n• How can it be done?\n• New methodologies were used, and applied to data comparison obtained by different authors, namely for viscosity and electrical conductivity (but also density and thermal conductivity), discussing the uncertainty of the obtained data\n
