Summary
CoastSnap Cascais is part of a citizen science initiative network that uses fixed points (monitoring stations) to allow beach users to take mobile photos of the beachat the same location. Themonitoringproject was implemented at Cascais in 13 beaches andafter a month has already received closed to 100 photos. The next step is to process the imagery and present to the community the state of each studied beach.
