Antlitzverluste. Zum kritischen Posthumanismus des Gesichts

Resumo
Is the Antlitz a condensed image of the social human being, which must be deciphered from the morphologic face to be detected? Have we already paid enough attention to the Antlitz as social faciality in the sense of Emmanuel Lévinas? These questions arise not only in view of the encounter of two faces as an elementary social event for which the mutual face and counterface is central, but in view of a post-human questioning of humanity of the face and a loss of face provoked by machines and media.
